It's Not About You
This week's edition of Triumphal Feast returns to the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus as it is recorded in John Chapter 3. Rather than a conversation we find that it is more of a rebuke of the religion of the Pharisees of whom Nicodemus was a teacher. Jesus refutes the man-centered doctrines of these men and promotes the truth of man's helpless estate without the grace of God. He also gives an accurate picture of the character of the Messiah and what He will accomplish for God's children not only among the Jews but "whosoever" they are in every nation. -- July 14, 2014
