"And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears." (Luke 4:21)

Can you imagine what it was like to have the Messiah Himself read a portion of scripture that said what the Messiah will do when He comes?

Not only that, can you imagine the room when when Jesus said that he was the Messiah!?!

It had to be extremely dramatic whether you believed Him or rejected Him. Those bold claims require some sort of action!

The gospel should affect us in the same way today. We cannot simply have good thoughts about Jesus and see Him as a good man and teacher. Jesus claimed to be the Messiah, the Son of God. If this is not true, then we cannot call Him good. If it is true, then we MUST revere Him with our every breath!

Today marks the 13th year since our country was attacked by terrorists. Since that day, terrorists have sought to kill Americans everyday and especially on the anniversary of that date.

But we need to remember this - They hate God first. They hate His children second. They attack America because we still represent Christianity in the world.

God was aware of the condition of His children and He is just as aware today. My fellow Christian-Americans, please walk by faith today and everyday. No matter who is in the White House or what terrorist group seeks to wipe us out, remember this - He declared that the prophecy of the Messiah was fulfilled. That means...
