Church Is Who You Are
2 October 2014
Jesus defined Who He was by doing the will of His Father. He actively ministered to people His entire life.
We have already seen that we should be active members of a local church and that we each have a ministry. What we need to realize now is that our true identity is in Jesus Christ.
If Christ died for us, then we are in an eternal relationship with Jesus Christ. That is who we are!
Now, ask yourself this question, “Does my life look like I am in an eternal relationship with Jesus Christ?”
If you answered yes, then I encourage you to abound yet more and more!
"And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.” (Philippians 1:9-11)
If the answer is no, then what can you do to live like who you truly are?
Pray that the Lord will show you those to who you should minister and how. If we ask, He will show us! And then, begin living your Galilean Ministry.
Do you realize that your joy only comes from the Lord? And true joy only comes when we are not only in a relationship with Jesus but we are in deep fellowship with Him.
